medal awards that commenced at 1.10pm to 3.30pm got the renowned city biker
Arthur Blick recognized by the President of Uganda Yoweri Kagutta Museveni.
The
motorsports man was recognized with a community medal of being an inspiring
man, a great motorsports man, entrepreneur and a great farmer.
