Radio, Weasel Defy Court Order Over Jeff Kiwa Case

The Accused -Mozy Radio and Weseal

Moses Ssekibogo famously known as Mozy Radio and Dauglous Mayanja alias Weseal have defied court orders to appear before court today.

Jeff Kiwa with his lawyer Charles Nsubuga who are suing the dynamic duo Mozy Radio and Weseal over a Facebook video clip they posted a few weeks ago, in which Radio and Weasel referred to Jeff as a witch; has fallen to a deaf ear after the duo allegedly refusing to appear before court saying they didn't get any letter requesting them to appear before court.

According to them they add that they were in Kenya staging performances so they didn't know anything concerning the court issues.

However, according to judge Julient Nakitende, she has set her ruling on Friday 15/7/2016 to see whether they will have to get arrested.  

It should however be noted that Radio once said when we talked to him, that this is not the first time being taken to court and that he has nothing to fear with Ugandan courts; thus ordering Jeff Kiwa to carry on with his court proceedings.
