Latest news dropping our way reveals of how the case cum biff between singer Derrick katongole a.k.a Lyto Boss and diva Iryn Namubiru had taken new twist. The latest scuffle between the two is soon to cause blood proportions with Namubiru vowing not to clear Lyto’s claimed shs50M saying he’s just a total joke.
She profoundly insists that she made her song payments thru hefty singer Catherine Kusasira.

She adds that she has all the evidence pinning
Kusasira to have received the money. Lyto Boss and Kusasira however persevere
that none of them received the dime.

“Ajakuzisasula, ebyo byaliko yelimba’ (she’s to pay, she
is just on her time wastage),” he noted. To take you back a little; on Monday, 27th June, 2016, Lyto
boss with his lawyer, Arthur Ampire appeared before Judge Christopher Madrama
at Commercial court where Lyto asked.
Namubiru with her lawyer Kyobe William to
pay him sh50M for his song and for the damages he contracted in this case,
adding that the song has proudly earned Iryn some good pay. Their case hearing
was however adjourned to 29th Sept., 2016.
